摘　　要：目的:分析ASP100NX过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌循环中断事件的主要原因及对策探讨。方法:调取2022年3月~6月四台ASP100NX过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器的数据。总计运行2234锅次,其中,灭菌循环中断71锅次,灭菌循环中断率3.18%。汇总以上灭菌循环中断的原因,进行分析并制定整改对策。调取整改后2022年7月~10月数据,总计运行2624,其中,灭菌循环中断13锅次,灭菌循环中断率0.50%,比整改之前灭菌循环中断下降81.69%。结果:器械干燥不彻底、待灭菌物品装载不规范、过氧化氢浓度监控灯堵塞、操作者人为取消等原因,导致灭菌循环中断事件的主要因素。结论:加强过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器的相关知识的培训及掌握过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器日常操作规程和注意事项,能降低灭菌循环中断事件的发生,提高过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌的成功率,节约相关成本,保证手术器械的正常供应。Objective:To analyze the main causes and countermeasures of ASP100NX hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization cycle interruption.Methods:The data of four ASP100NX hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizers from March to June 2022 were obtained.A total of 2234 boiler operations were conducted,of which 71 boiler sterilization cycles were interrupted,with the interruption rate of sterilization cycle of 3.18%.Summarize the reasons for the above sterilization cycle interruption,analysis and make rectification countermeasures.The data from July to October 2022 after rectification were retrieved and a total of 2624 operations were conducted.Among them,the sterilization cycle was interrupted 13 times,with the interruption rate of sterilization cycle being 0.50%,down 81.69%from that before rectification.Results:The main factors leading to the interruption of the sterilization cycle were incomplete instrument drying,irregular loading of items to be sterilized,blocked hydrogen peroxide concentration monitoring lamp,and artificial cancellation by operators.Conclusion:Strengthening the training of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer and mastering the daily operating procedures and precautions of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer can reduce the occurrence of sterilization cycle interruption,improve the success rate of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization,save related costs,and ensure the normal supply of surgical instruments.
