摘 要:目的:运用不同的方法实现发热门诊病房的消毒工作,进一步分析LK/KJF-Y150空气消毒机联合紫外线灯照射与LK/KJF-Y150空气消毒机联合新华牌BDS-H1000过氧化氢空气消毒器所发挥的感染控制效果。方法:选取2022年5月~2023年1月同期的2间发热门诊病房共58例患者作为观察对象,其中,一间发热门诊病房的患者例数为29例,将其作为观察组,消毒工作借助有人状态下应用LK/KJF-Y150空气消毒机,无人状态下应用紫外线消毒灯完成;另一间发热门诊病房的患者例数为29例,将其作为对照组,消毒工作借助有人状态下应用LK/KJF-Y150空气消毒机联合无人状态下应用新华牌BDS-H1000过氧化氢空气消毒器完成。结果:消毒前两间病房空气菌落数并无显著差异,P>0.05;两间病房消毒后1h、2h、3h、4h空气菌落数、自然菌消亡率存在显著差异,P<0.05。观察组与对照组环境物体表面新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性检出率比较无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:在发热门诊病房中有人状态下应用LK/KJF-Y150空气消毒机,联合无人状态下应用紫外线消毒灯,相对于无人状态下联合新华牌BDS-H1000过氧化氢空气消毒器来说,有着更理想的感染控制效果。Objective:To realize the disinfection work in fever out-patient ward by different methods,the infection control effects of LK/KJF-Y150 air disinfector combined with ultraviolet lamp irradiation and LK/KJF-Y150 air disinfector combined with Xinhua BDS-H1000 hydrogen peroxide air disinfector were further analyzed.Methods:A total of 58 patients were selected from two fever out-patient wards during the same period from May 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation subjects.Among them,29 patients from one fever out-patient ward were selected as the experimental group,the work of disinfection was accomplished by applying LK/KJF-Y150 air disinfector under the condition of human being and ultraviolet lamp under the condition of no human being.The number of patients in another fever clinic was 29.The patients in the control group were treated with LK/KJF-Y150 air disinfector under the condition of no human being,the disinfection work is accomplished by using LK/KJF-Y150 air disinfector under the condition of person and Xinhua brand BDS-H1000 hydrogen peroxide air disinfector under the condition of no person.Results:There was no significant difference in the air bacterial count between the two wards before disinfection,P>0.05;There were significant differences in the number of air bacterial colonies and natural bacterial death rate between the two wards at 1 hour,2 hours,3 hours,and 4 hours after disinfection,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of COVID-19 nucleic acid detection on the surface of environmental objects between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:LK/KJF-Y150 Air Disinfector was used in the fever clinic ward under the condition of human being and ultraviolet lamp was used under the condition of no human being,compared with the unmanned state with Xinhua brand BDS-H1000 hydrogen peroxide air disinfector,has a more ideal infection control effect.
