摘　　要：目的:探究将GE voluson E8彩色多普勒超声检查用于诊断剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的价值,并分析GE voluson E8彩色多普勒超声声像特征。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年1月本院疑似剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者60例,均进行GE voluson E8彩色多普勒超声检查,观察GE voluson E8彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断准确率,同时分析GE voluson E8彩色多普勒超声图像特征。结果:60例患者术后确诊55例为剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠,占比91.67%,GE voluson E8彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率为88.33%,E8彩超检查准确率与术后确诊差异较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05);GE voluson E8彩色多普勒超声检查子宫瘢痕妊娠有孕囊型和包块型两种。结论:GE voluson E8彩色多普勒超声诊断剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠具有较高的敏感度以及特异性,可准确判断现阶段疾病现象与症状,避免出现漏诊与误诊。同时通过对彩超声像的分析,可明晰孕囊及周边血流状况,对疾病的诊断与治疗提供有利依据。Objective:Explore the value of using GE voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosing uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section,and analyze the characteristics of GE voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound imaging.Methods:60 patients with suspected uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected to undergo GE voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound examination.The diagnostic accuracy of GE voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound examination was observed,and the characteristics of GE voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound images were analyzed.Results:Among 60 patients,55 were diagnosed with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section,accounting for 91.67%.The diagnostic accuracy of GE voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound was 88.33%,and the difference in accuracy between E8 color Doppler ultrasound and postoperative diagnosis was not statistically significant(P>0.05);GE voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound examination of uterine scar pregnancy includes two types:gestational sac type and mass type.Conclusion:GE voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound has high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section,which can accurately determine the current disease phenomenon and symptoms,and avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.At the same time,through the analysis of color ultrasound images,the blood flow status of the gestational sac and surrounding areas can be clarified,providing a favorable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
