一次性阴道抑菌吸附器在霉菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:观察霉菌性阴道炎患者实施一次性阴道抑菌吸附器的治疗效果。方法:选择2022年6月~2023年6月76例霉菌性阴道炎患者资料。按照随机数表法分组,对照组38例患者实施保妇康栓治疗,观察组38例患者应用一次性阴道抑菌吸附器治疗。结果:观察组治疗效果为97.37%,对照组为76.32%,观察组有效率更高(P<0.05)。观察组腰腹疼痛(3.05±0.16)d,外阴瘙痒(2.17±1.14)d,排尿痛(2.04±0.13)d,黏膜充血(4.08±1.19)d,白带异常(1.17±0.46)d更低(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.26%,对照组为31.58%,观察组更低(P<0.05)。观察组社会功能(58.79±6.92)分,情绪功能(68.07±5.17)分,角色功能(63.12±5.79)分,心理功能(65.79±6.27)分更高(P<0.05)。观察组CRP为(5.04±0.14)mg/L,TNF-α为(1.52±0.16)ng/mL更低(P<0.05)。结论:一次性阴道抑菌吸附器治疗效果显著,应用在霉菌性阴道炎患者中,能够有效提升治疗效果,有利于改善症状,降低不良反应、炎症反应,提升生活质量。Objective:To observe the treatment effect of disposable vaginal antibacterial adsorption in patients with fungal vaginitis.Methods:Data of 76 patients with fungal vaginitis from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,38 patients in the control group were treated with futherapy,and 38 patients in the observation group were treated with disposable vaginal antibacterial adsorption.Results:The treatment effect was 97.37%in the observation group and 76.32%in the control group,and the response rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).In the observation group,lumbar and abdominal pain(3.05±0.16)d,vulvar pruritus(2.17±1.14)d,voiding pain(2.04±0.13)d,mucosal congestion(4.08±1.19)d,leucorrhea abnormality(1.17±0.46)d lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.26%in the observation group,31.58%in the control group,and even lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The observation group scored social function(58.79±6.92),emotional function(68.07±5.17),role function(63.12±5.79),and psychological function(65.79±6.27)higher(P<0.05).CRP(5.04±0.14)mg/L and TNF-α(1.52±0.16)ng/mL in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The disposable vaginal antibacterial adsorption device has remarkable therapeutic effect.Applied in patients with fungal vaginitis,it can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,and inflammation,and improve the quality of life.
