摘　　要：内窥镜是目前临床医学上应用非常广泛的医疗仪器,对于很多微创手术具有比较高的应用价值。腰椎疾病在骨科临床上极为常见,患者往往存在明显的腰部、下肢疼痛情况,腰部组织功能大幅下降,严重影响患者日常工作与生活,很多患者不仅无法提拉重物,在发病时连基本的行走以及下肢移动也存在较大困难。内窥镜是临床医学上治疗腰椎疾病十分重要的医疗器械,对于腰椎疾病的手术治疗有着比较理想的应用效果,接受内窥镜手术治疗的患者,手术治疗后出院用时、JOA评分水平均较为突出。基于此,文章以Stryker Endoscopy 5900内窥镜为例,简要分析内窥镜治疗腰椎疾病方面的研究进展。Endoscope is a widely used medical instrument in clinical medicine,and it has high application value for many minimally invasive operations.The lumbar disease is very common in orthopaedics clinic.The patients often have obvious pain in waist and lower limbs,and the function of waist tissue is greatly decreased,which seriously affects the daily work and life of the patients,many patients not only can not lift the weight,even in the onset of basic movement and lower limb movement also have greater difficulties.Endoscope is a very important medical instrument for the treatment of lumbar diseases in clinical medicine.It has a relatively ideal application effect for the surgical treatment of lumbar diseases,the time of discharge and JOA score after operation were prominent.Based on this,this article briefly analyzes the research progress of Stryker Endoscopy 5900 in the treatment of lumbar diseases.
