GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340等离子体多功能手术刀头实施低温等离子消融术与射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:对比分析在为三叉神经痛患者实施治疗的过程中运用GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340等离子体多功能手术刀头实施低温等离子消融术与射频热凝术的临床效果。方法:随机于医院收治的三叉神经痛患者中选取48例开展研究,患者的分组依据为接受治疗方法的不同,其中接受GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340等离子体多功能手术刀头实施低温等离子消融术治疗的24例患者为观察组,接受射频热凝术治疗的24例患者为对照组。结果:两组患者术后疼痛程度与术前相比存在显著差异,P<0.05;两组患者出院时、术后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月疼痛评分无明显差异,P>0.05。观察组患者术后3个月、6个月面部麻木评分均明显低于对照组患者,P<0.05。统计学分析并发症发生率后可知,两组患者并无显著统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:借助GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340等离子体多功能手术刀头实施低温等离子消融术属于三叉神经痛患者的理想治疗方法。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of low temperature plasma ablation and radiofrequency thermocoagulation GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340 multi-function scalpel in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia patients.Methods:48 patients with trigeminal neuralgia admitted to the hospital were randomly selected for the study.The grouping of patients was based on different treatment methods.Among them,24 patients who received GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340 plasma multifunctional surgical blade for low-temperature plasma ablation treatment were selected as the observation group,and 24 patients who received radiofrequency thermocoagulation treatment were selected as the control group.Results:There was a significant difference in postoperative pain between the two groups of patients compared to preoperative pain,P<0.05;There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups of patients at discharge,1 month,3 months,6 months,and 12 months after surgery,P>0.05.The facial numbness scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group patients at 3 and 6 months after surgery,P<0.05.After statistical analysis of the incidence of complications,it was found that there was no significant statistical significance between the two groups of patients,P>0.05.Conclusion:Low-temperature plasma ablation with GAOTOND ZX-G3040-A340 plasma is an ideal treatment for trigeminal neuralgia.
