摘 要:目的:结合统计学方法分析LED冷光源蓝光仪与传统蓝光箱治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效及成本效益比。方法:本研究回顾性分析2020年1月~2021年12月本院新生儿科收治的高胆红素血症患儿临床资料80例,根据实际治疗情况分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例。研究组采用LED冷光源蓝光照射治疗,对照组采用常规蓝光照射治疗。两组患儿均治疗3~5d。对比两组患儿的临床疗效及不良反应,并进行成本效益分析。结果:治疗后,研究组新生儿的血清胆红素检测值比对照组更低,差异显著(P<0.05),其临床治疗有效率比对照组更高,不良反应发生率比对照组更低,差异显著(P<0.05),住院时间比对照组更短,医疗费用比对照组更低,成本效益比值低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症患儿给予LED冷光源蓝光仪治疗,整体有效性和安全性较高,且成本较低。Objective:To analyze the curative effect and cost-benefit ratio of LED cold light blue light instrument and traditional blue light box in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with statistical method.Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 80 children with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to the neonatal department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.According to the actual treatment,they were divided into the study group and the control group,ensuring 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with LED cold light source blue light irradiation,and the control group was treated with conventional blue light irradiation.Both groups were treated for 3-5 days.Then compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of children,and conduct cost-benefit analysis.Results:After treatment,the detection value of serum bilirubin of newborns in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),the clinical treatment efficiency was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,the medical cost was lower than that in the control group,the cost-benefit ratio was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The LED cold light blue light instrument is effective and safe for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,with low cost.
