ZZIR-ID直线偏振光治疗仪对肩周炎患者治疗的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析在肩周炎(scapulohumeral periarthritis,SP)治疗的过程中ZZIR-ID直线偏振光治疗仪的应用效果。方法:本研究随机将在医院接受SP治疗的患者48例作为实验对象,根据电脑随机分组法将患者分为以ZZIRID直线偏振光治疗仪开展治疗的观察组(n=24)以及运用常规微波治疗的对照组(n=24)。结果:两组患者治疗效果存在显著差异,P<0.05。在治疗前疼痛评分、肩关节功能的比较上,两组患者并无显著差异,P>0.05;在治疗后上述指标的比较上,观察组与对照组患者差异显著,P<0.05。结论:在为SP患者实施治疗的过程中ZZIR-ID直线偏振光治疗仪是一种相对较为理想的仪器与设备,其应用不仅更好地改善了患者的疼痛情况,同时也提高了患者的肩关节功能,获得了相对较为显著的临床治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the application effect of ZZIR-ID linear polarized light therapy instrument in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis(SP).Methods:In this study,48 patients who received SP treatment in hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=24)with ZZIR-ID linear polarized light treatment instrument and control group(n=24)with conventional microwave treatment.Results:There was significant difference in treatment effect between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in pain score and shoulder joint function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZZIR-ID linear polarized light therapy instrument is a relatively ideal instrument and equipment in the treatment of SP patients.Its application not only better improves the pain condition of patients,but also improves the shoulder joint function of patients,and has obtained relatively significant clinical treatment effect.
