摘　　要：目的:分析在高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭患者治疗期间采用无创呼吸机治疗的临床疗效。方法:在2020年1月~2023年1月选取80例高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭患者,分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用无创呼吸机治疗,记录并对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗有效率更高;研究组经治疗后的生命体征指标改善幅度更大;研究组经治疗后的肺功能与血气指标改善幅度更大;研究组经治疗后的生活质量评分更高;研究组的治疗满意度水平更高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭患者治疗期间,无创呼吸机治疗有利于促进患者临床效果的提升。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of non-invasive ventilation during the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and left heart failure.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2023,80 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with left heart failure were selected and divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received non-invasive ventilation treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was recorded and compared.Results:The research group had a higher treatment effectiveness rate;The study group showed a greater improvement in vital sign indicators after treatment;The study group showed a greater improvement in lung function and blood gas indicators after treatment;The study group had a higher quality of life score after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with left heart failure,non-invasive ventilation therapy is beneficial for promoting the clinical efficacy of patients.
