摘 要:目的:探究机械心肺复苏和徒手心肺复苏在儿科呼吸心跳骤停患者中对其症状改善的效果。方法:选择2021年12月~2023年4月本院接诊的儿科呼吸心跳骤停患者70例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组(35例,接受机械心肺复苏抢救方法)和参照组(35例,接受徒手心肺复苏抢救方法),对两组自主恢复时间、平均动脉压、复苏成功率、存活率以及并发症情况展开比较。结果:实验组患者的自主恢复时间短于参照组、平均动脉压情况明显高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组呼吸心跳骤停患者复苏成功率(97.14%)高于参照组(82.86%),实验组呼吸心跳骤停患者24h后存活率(94.28%)高于参照组(77.14%),数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组呼吸心跳骤停患者并发症发生情况(5.71%)低于参照组不良反应发生情况(14.29%),数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将机械心肺复苏的抢救方法应用到儿科呼吸心跳骤停患者的临床救治中,相较于徒手心肺复苏,能够有效提高儿童心肺复苏的效果,其复苏的成功率以及患者的存活率较高。Objective:To explore the effect of mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)and hands-free cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)on symptom improvement in patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest.Methods:70 patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest admitted in our hospital from December 2021 to April 2023 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into an experimental group(35 cases,receiving mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation)and a reference group(35 cases,receiving manual cardiopulmonary resuscitation)using a random number table method.The spontaneous recovery time,mean arterial pressure,resuscitation success rate,survival rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The spontaneous recovery time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the mean arterial pressure was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The resuscitation success rate of patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest in the experimental group(97.14%)was higher than that in the reference group(82.86%),and the 24-hour survival rate of patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest in the experimental group(94.28%)was higher than that in the reference group(77.14%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest in the experimental group(5.71%)was lower than that in the reference group(14.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation to the clinical treatment of patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest can effectively improve the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation compared with hands-free cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and its success rate of resuscitation and survival rate are higher than thatof hands free cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
