摘  要:目的:分析在实施心肺复苏的过程中Michigan Instruments,Inc.心肺复苏器的应用可以获得的效果及并发症发生情况。方法:本研究随机于医院接受心肺复苏的患者中选取56例开展实验研究,根据随机数字表法实现患者的分组,其中28例患者为实验组,所采用的抢救方法为Michigan Instruments,Inc.心肺复苏器,另外28例患者为对比组,所采用的抢救方法为徒手人工心肺复苏。结果:实验组患者抢救效果相对较好,并发症发生率相对较低,收缩压与血氧饱和度、血氧分压、二氧化碳分压等指标更为理想,与对比组患者相比存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:在实施心肺复苏的过程中想要获得更为理想的抢救效果对Michigan Instruments,Inc.心肺复苏器进行应用是非常重要的,在提高抢救效果的同时减少了并发症的出现,更好地改善了患者的相关临床指标。Objective:To analyze the effects of Michigan Instruments,Inc.,on cardiopulmonary resuscitation.The effects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the incidence of complications.Methods:This study randomly selected 56 patients who underwent cardiopulmonary resuscitation in hospitals for experimental research.Patients were divided into groups using a random number table method.Among them,28 patients were in the experimental group,and the rescue method used was the Michigan Instruments,Inc.cardiopulmonary resuscitation device;Another 28 patients were in the comparison group,and the rescue method used was manual cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Results:The rescue effect of the experimental group was relatively good,the incidence of complications was relatively low,systolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation,oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure and other indicators were more ideal,there were significant differences compared with the comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In order to achieve more ideal rescue results during the implementation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the application of Michigan Instruments,Inc.cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment is very important.While improving rescue effectiveness,it reduces the occurrence of complications and better improves the relevant clinical indicators of patients.
