摘　　要：目的:探究手术室图文准备清单对输尿管镜钬激光碎石患者术前准备及术中停顿时间的影响。方法:选择2022年1月~2022年12月于厦门市海沧医院进行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的104例泌尿系统结石患者作为研究对象,将2022年1月~2022年6月收治的53例患者纳入对照组,采用文字式手术准备清单,将2022年7月~2022年12月收治的51例患者纳入观察组,采用图文式手术准备清单。探究两组患者术前准备及术中停顿时间、术中护理风险事件发生率、术后并发症发生率差异。结果:观察组术前准备及术中停顿时间分别为(38.26±5.23)min及(4.95±0.51)min、术中护理风险事件发生率为9.8%、术后并发症发生率为7.84%,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室图文准备清单有助于输尿管镜钬激光碎石术患者术前准备及术中停顿时间的减少,且可降低术中护理风险事件和术后并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of operating room graphic preparation list on preoperative preparation time and intraoperative pause time in patients with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:104 patients with urinary tract calculi who underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in Xiamen Haicang Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Among the patients,53 cases admitted from January 2022 to June 2022 were included in control group and given text-based surgical preparation list,and 51 cases admitted between July 2022 and December 2022 were enrolled as observation group and given graphic surgical preparation list.The differences in preoperative preparation time,intraoperative pause time,incidence rates of intraoperative nursing risk events and incidence rates of postoperative complications were explored in the two groups of patients.Results:The preoperative preparation time,intraoperative pause time,total incidence rate of intraoperative nursing risk events and total incidence rate of postoperative complications were(38.26±5.23)min,(4.95±0.51)min,9.8%and 7.84%in observation group,which were shorter or lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room graphic preparation list is helpful to shorten the preoperative preparation time and intraoperative pause time of patients with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,and can also reduce the occurrence of intraoperative nursing risk events and postoperative complications.
