应用胎心监护仪、心电监护仪、血糖仪、阴道彩超在妊娠期糖尿病管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析胎心监护仪、心电监护仪、血糖仪、阴道彩超在妊娠期糖尿病管理中的应用。方法:选取2020年2月~2023年2月本院收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇100例,使用双盲法将所有孕妇随机分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采用妊娠期间的常规基础管理,研究组在对照组的基础上增加多仪器联合管理。比较两组孕妇经护理后的血糖指标,血脂代谢水平和妊娠结局。结果:干预前,两组血糖指标、血脂代谢水平无明显差异(P>0.05);入院待产时,研究组的FPG、PBG、HbAlc、LDL-L、TC均低于对照组,HDL-L水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组妊娠不良结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用血糖监测联合饮食管理能够减低妊娠糖尿病孕妇的血糖水平,改善血脂代谢水平,同时有利于改善妊娠结局。Objective:Application of fetal heart monitor,ECG monitor,blood glucose meter and vaginal color ultrasound in the management of gestational diabetes.Methods:100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected,and all pregnant women were randomly divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by double-blind method.The control group adopted routine basic management during pregnancy,and the study group added multi-instrument joint management on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose indexes,blood lipid metabolism levels,and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in glucose index and lipid metabolism between the two groups,respectively(P>0.05);During the admission,FPG,PBG,HbAlc,LDL-L and TC were lower than the study group,and the HDL-L level was higher than that of the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than the control group and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of blood glucose monitoring and dietary management can reduce the blood glucose level,improve the blood lipid metabolism level,and improve the pregnancy outcome.
