摘 要:目的:探讨超声检查对子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤中的显像特点及鉴别价值。方法:本次研究为回顾性分析。选取2020年1月~2021年12月本院收治的子宫腺肌病(63例)、子宫肌瘤(60例)患者作为研究对象;入组患者均行经阴道超声检查+腹部超声检查。记录超声检查符合率、超声检查图像特点以及子宫血流参数。结果:子宫腺肌病、子宫肌瘤超声检查符合率分别为88.89%(56/63)、90.00%(54/60),两种疾病超声检查符合率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两种疾病超声检查图像在病灶位置、超声特点不同;子宫腺肌病超声检查图像以同步增强型为主,子宫肌瘤超声检查图像以环状增强型为主;两种疾病超声检查图像类型比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。子宫腺肌病患者子宫PI低于子宫肌瘤患者,RI高于子宫肌瘤患者(P<0.05);子宫腺肌病患者子宫PSV、EDV与子宫肌瘤组患者比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:超声检查应用于子宫腺肌病、子宫肌瘤诊断中,具有较高的符合率,并且两者超声图像特点、子宫血流存在较大差异,可用于鉴别诊断。Objective:To explore the imaging characteristics and differential value of ultrasound in adenomyosis and uterine fibroids.Methods:This study was a retrospective analysis.From January 2020 to December 2021,the patients with adenomyosis(63 cases)and uterine fibroids(60 cases)admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects;All patients in the group underwent transvaginal ultrasound examination+abdominal ultrasound examination.Record the ultrasound examination compliance rate,ultrasound examination image characteristics,and uterine blood flow parameters.Results:The accuracy rates of ultrasound examination for adenomyosis and uterine fibroids were 88.89%(56/63)and 90.00%(54/60),respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy rates of ultrasound examination between the two diseases(P>0.05).The ultrasound examination images of the two diseases have different locations and ultrasound characteristics of the lesions;The ultrasound images of adenomyosis are mainly synchronous enhanced,while the ultrasound images of uterine fibroids are mainly circular enhanced;There is a statistical difference(P<0.05)in the comparison of ultrasound examination image types between the two diseases.Patients with adenomyosis had lower uterine PI than those with uterine fibroids,and higher RI than those with uterine fibroids(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the PSV and EDV of the uterus between patients with adenomyosis and those with uterine fibroids.Conclusion:Ultrasonography is used in the diagnosis of adenomyosis and uterine fibroids,and has a high coincidence rate,and there are big differences in the ultrasonic image characteristics and uterine blood flow between the two.It can be used for differential diagnosis.
