阴道三维超声多普勒技术在评估不明原因复发性流产患者子宫内膜容受性中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:分析阴道三维超声多普勒技术在评估不明原因复发性流产患者子宫内膜容受性中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年6月~2022年6月本院收治的200例不明原因复发性流产患者为研究组;另选取同期在本院妇科门诊收治的有生育要求、无不良孕产史、月经周期规律的200例妇女为对照组;均接受阴道三维超声多普勒检查,对检查结果进行分析。结果:研究组螺旋动脉、子宫动脉的PI、RI均显著高于对照组,研究组的子宫内膜厚度、内膜容积小于对照组,A型内膜例数少于对照组,研究组的VFI、FI、VI等子宫内膜血管化血流参数小于对照组,以上指标对比均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:阴道三维超声多普勒技术在诊断不明原因复发性流产患者时,通过准确评估子宫内膜容受性,不但能准确诊断不明原因复发性流产,还能对临床疗效进行准确评估。Objective:To analyze the application value of three-dimensional vaginal ultrasound Doppler in the evaluation of endometrial receptivity in patients with unexplained recurrent abortion.Methods:200 patients with unexplained recurrent abortion admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as study group.In addition,200 women with fertility requirements,no adverse pregnancy history and regular menstrual cycle admitted to the Department of Gynecology of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All of them underwent vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound Doppler examination,and the examination results were analyzed.Results:The PI and RI of the spiral artery and uterine artery in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The thickness and volume of the endometrium in the study group were smaller than those in the control group,and the number of cases of type A endometrium was smaller than that in the control group.The vascular blood flow parameters of the endometrium in the study group,such as VFI,FI,and VI,were smaller than those in the control group,and the differences in the above indicators were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of patients with unexplained recurrent abortion,three-dimensional vaginal ultrasound Doppler can not only accurately diagnose unexplained recurrent abortion,but also accurately evaluate the clinical efficacy through accurate evaluation of endometrial receptivity.
