股骨头缺血性坏死与DR片检查股骨头密度改变的关系探究

摘　　要：目的:分析股骨头缺血性坏死与DR片检查股骨头密度改变的关系。方法:选取厦门大学附属第一医院放射影像科2021年1月~2023年3月接收的60例股骨头缺血性坏死患者作为研究对象,将其纳入研究组,同期选取非股骨头缺血性坏死患者60例作为对照组,对两组患者采用DR影像进行检查。比较两组股骨头密度、屈服载荷,分析股骨头缺血性坏死与DR片检查骨密度改变的相关性。结果:研究组DR股骨头密度值小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组31~40岁、41~50岁、51~60岁、61~70岁患者DR片股骨头密度值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中不同股骨头坏死分期患者DR片股骨头密度值两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。股骨头缺血性坏死与DR片检查股骨头密度改变呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:DR片检查股骨头密度改变可预测股骨头坏死,准确评估患者坏死病情程度。Objective:To analyze the relationship between avascular necrosis of femoral head and the change of femoral head density by DR Radiography.Methods:60 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head admitted to the Department of Radiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects and included in the study group,and 60 patients with non-avascular necrosis of the femoral head were selected as the control group during the same period.DR imaging was used to examine the two groups of patients.The density and yield load of femoral head were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between avascular necrosis of femoral head and the change of bone density by DR film was analyzed.Results:The density of DR femoral head in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The femoral head density of patients aged 31-40 years,41-50 years,51-60 years and 61-70 years in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pairwise comparison of femoral head density in DR film of patients with different stages of femoral head necrosis in the study group showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Avascular necrosis of femoral head was positively correlated with the density of femoral head examined by DR Film(P<0.05).Conclusion:DR examination of femoral head density can predict femoral head necrosis and accurately evaluate the degree of necrosis in patients.
