摘　　要：目的:分析针刀治疗膝骨关节炎中应用肌骨超声影像学变化及疗效评估作用。方法:选取2022年1月~12月到本院骨科门诊就诊的78例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,均接受针刀治疗,并在治疗前后给予肌骨超声检查,观察影像学变化以及肌骨超声评估疗效的作用。结果:治疗后,78例患者的软骨厚度、滑膜厚度及关节腔积液均较治疗前明显下降,股直肌厚度较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后78例患者的KSS评分较治疗前明显提升,膝关节周径较治疗前明显缩小,VAS评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);78例患者治疗后,36例患者治疗显效,42例患者治疗有效,治疗总有效率达到100%。结论:针刀治疗膝骨关节炎效果确切,可以有效缓解疼痛,改善膝关节功能,应用肌骨超声可以准确反映出治疗前后患者的膝关节软组织变化,为诊断、治疗及后续日常保健提供可靠数据参考。Objective:To analyze the changes of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with acupotomy and evaluate the efficacy.Methods:78 patients with knee osteoarthritis who visited the orthopaedic outpatient department of our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All of them received acupotomy treatment,and musculoskeletal ultrasonography was given before and after treatment to observe the imaging changes and evaluate the efficacy of musculoskeletal ultrasonography.Results:After treatment,the cartilage thickness,synovial thickness and joint effusion of 78 patients were significantly decreased,and the femoral rectus muscle thickness was significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the KSS score of 78 patients was significantly increased,the knee circumference diameter was significantly reduced,and the VAS score was significantly decreased(P<0.05).After the treatment of 78 patients,36 patients were significantly effective,42 patients were effective,and the total effective rate reached 100%.Conclusion:Acupotomy is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively relieve pain and improve knee joint function.Musculoskeletal ultrasound can accurately reflect the soft tissue changes of knee joint before and after treatment,providing reliable data reference for diagnosis,treatment and follow-up daily health care.
