窄谱中波紫外线照射仪治疗玫瑰糠疹临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究并探讨窄谱中波紫外线照射仪对于玫瑰糠疹开展治疗所取得的效果。方法:从2021年1月~2023年1月选取了在医院就诊的90例玫瑰糠疹患者,按随机数字表法将患者分成了两组各45例。对照组中选择复方氟米松软膏外用治疗,研究组在其基础上应用窄谱中波紫外线照射仪治疗。对于两组总有效率、症状评分、血清炎性因子指标、睡眠状况指标、生活质量评分进行对比。结果:总有效率在对照组与研究组中对比,研究组更高(P<0.05)。在治疗后,对比于对照组,研究组中各项症状评分、血清炎性因子指标的水平、睡眠质量评分均更低,研究组在生活质量各个方面的分数均更高,均P<0.05。结论:对于玫瑰糠疹患者,应用窄谱中波紫外线照射仪进行治疗可增强患者的病情控制效果,更加有效地减轻其症状和炎症反应,有利于提升其睡眠和生活质量。Objective:To study and explore the effectiveness of narrowband ultraviolet radiation therapy in the treatment of pityriasis rosea.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2023,90 patients with pityriasis rosea who were treated in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 patients in each group,using a random number table method.In the control group,compound flumethasone ointment was selected for topical treatment,while in the study group,a narrow-band ultraviolet radiation instrument was used for treatment based on it.Compare the total effective rate,symptom scores,serum inflammatory factor indicators,sleep status indicators,and quality of life scores between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared to the control group,the study group had lower scores for various symptoms,levels of serum inflammatory factor indicators,and sleep quality scores.The study group had higher scores in all aspects of quality of life,all P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with pityriasis rosea,the use of narrowband ultraviolet radiation therapy can enhance the patient's disease control effect,more effectively alleviate their symptoms and inflammatory reactions,and improve their sleep and quality of life.
