摘　　要：基层医院的口腔科以及中小型牙科诊所就诊患者数量众多,口腔诊疗器械每天可能接触各种各样的细菌病毒。针对目前口腔科诊疗器械的消毒灭菌工作普遍存在的问题,包括医护人员对待器械的消毒灭菌工作态度敷衍了事、不严格按照规章制度开展消毒灭菌工作以及医护人员不重视医源性传染病的危害等,本文拟从诊疗器械消毒灭菌的重要性出发、针对存在的问题提出若干可操作性的解决对策和方法。In primary-level hospitals and small and medium-sized dental clinics,there are a large number of patients who may come into contact with various bacteria and viruses every day.In view of the common problems in the disinfection and sterilization of dental diagnosis and treatment instruments,including the perfunctory attitude of medical staff towards disinfection and sterilization work,the failure to strictly follow the rules and regulations in disinfection and sterilization work,and the lack of attention by medical staff to the dangers of iatrogenic infectious diseases,this article intends to start from the importance of disinfection and sterilization of diagnostic and therapeutic instruments,and propose several feasible solutions and methods to address the existing problems.
