基于数据挖掘分析《中华医典》外用生肌方剂组方用药规律

摘　　要：目的:探讨《中华医典》中外用生肌方剂的遣方用药规律,为中药新方研发提供参考。方法:应用第5版《中华医典》软件对其中《中医辞典》的“名方”部分进行方剂收集。以“生肌”作为关键词进行全文检索,对其中具有生肌作用的外用方药内容进行人工筛选导出。运用SPSS 21.0与IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行频数统计、Apriori关联规则建模;统计用药频数、药物属性(药性、药味、归经);并进行聚类分析。结果:筛选后共纳入方剂89首,包含中药139种。高频药物为乳香、轻粉、冰片、血竭等。关联性药对以乳香-没药、轻粉-乳香出现最高,其次有没药-血竭、轻粉-血竭、乳香-血竭。这亦是现代临床常用的药对组合。统计所纳入方剂中药的四气五味信息,外用生肌方剂多归肝、心、脾三经,性味以辛、甘、苦居多;功效以活血化瘀、拔毒化腐、收湿敛疮为主。常用药物可聚为5类。结论:中医外用生肌方剂中最常使用的药物是乳香、轻粉和冰片。方剂以活血化瘀法为主,并配以拔毒化腐、收湿敛疮、清热解毒等治法,体现了外科疮疡等疾病的临床治疗原则。本研究以图表形式展示出中医外用生肌方剂的用药规律,以期为临床疮面修复、新药研发提供参考。Objective:To explore the rules of prescription and use of promoting granulation prescriptions for external use in Chinese Medical Dictionary,and to provide reference for the research and development of new TCM medicine prescriptions.Methods:The 5th edition of Chinese Medical Dictionary was used to collect external prescriptions with muscle promoting effects from the famous prescriptions of Dictionary of Chinese Medicine.SPSS 21.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to conduct frequency statistics,Apriori association rule modeling analysis,statistics of drug frequency,drug attributes(drug properties,drug flavor,meridian return),and cluster analysis.Results:After screening,a total of 89 prescriptions were included,including 139 kinds of TCM medicines.The high-frequency drugs were Ruxiang(Olibanum),Qingfen(Calomelas),Bingpian(Borneolum),Xuejie(Sanguis Draconis).The highest occurrence of related drug pairs were Ruxiang-Moyao(Myrrha)and Qingfen-Ruxiang.Commonly used drugs can be clustered into 5 categories.Followed by Moyao-Xuejie,Qingfen-Xuejie,and Ruxiang-Xuejie.This is also a commonly used drug pair combination in modern clinical practice.Statistics on the four Qi(气)and five flavors of TCM medicines included in the institute,external myogenic formulas are mostly attributed to the liver,heart and spleen,and the sexual taste is mostly bitter,sweet,and bitter.The effect is mainly to activate blood circulation and remove stasis,remove poison,and rot,and collect wet sores.Commonly used drugs can be clustered into 5 categories.Conclusion:The most commonly used promoting granulation drugs in TCM medicine for external use are Ruxiang,Qingfen and Bingpian.The prescription is mainly based on the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and is combined with the treatment methods of removing toxin and dissolving corruption,removing dampness and sores,clearing away heat and detoxification,which reflects the clinical treatment principle of surgical sores and other diseases.This study shows the medication
