摘 要:针对内置式永磁同步电机矢量控制中,转子初始位置误差会对其启动和运行产生严重的不良影响的问题,提出了一种在无滤波器高频方波信号注入过程中插入一段等幅值正反脉冲,通过比较d轴响应电流并结合位置观测器的方法,获取转子初始位置,实现电机的无传感器任意位置低速带载启动。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建电机及观测器模型,仿真结果表明该方法得到的初始位置十分准确,最大误差约为3.6°。最后,通过硬件实验实现了电机任意位置带载启动且位置误差均在3.6°之内。In order to solve the problem that the initial position error of the rotor will seriously affect the starting and running of the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor in vector control,a method of inserting a positive and negative pulse with equal amplitude during injecting high-frequency square wave signal without filter is put forward,which obtains the initial position of the rotor by comparing the d-axis response current and combining position observer to realize the sensorless low-speed on-load starting of the motor at any position.The model of motor and observer is built by using MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that the initial position obtained by this method is very accurate and the maximum error is about 3.6 degrees.Finally,the on-load starting at any position of the motor is realized by hardware experiment and the position error is within 3.6 degrees.
