摘　　要：膀胱癌是常见的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤,辅助放疗在晚期膀胱癌患者的治疗中起重要作用。随着放射治疗科技的发展,越来越多精准的放疗技术被用于晚期膀胱癌的治疗。精准的放疗,不仅能准确定位并照射肿瘤,还能减少放射剂量、减轻肠道毒性。本文将对影像引导放射治疗、近距离放射治疗、外束膀胱部分放射治疗、低分割放射治疗、在线适应性放射治疗、质子束疗法等精准放疗技术在膀胱癌中的应用进行综述。Bladder cancer is a common malignant tumor of urinary system,and adjuvant radiotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of advanced bladder cancer patients.With the development of radiotherapy technology,more and more precise radiotherapy techniques have been used in the treatment of advanced bladder cancer.Accurate radiotherapy can not only accurately locate the irradiated tumor,but also reduce the radiation dose and reduce intestinal toxicity.In this paper,we will review the application of precise radiotherapy techniques such as image-guided radiotherapy,external beam partial bladder radiotherapy,brachytherapy,hypofractionated radiotherapy,proton beam therapy and online adaptive radiotherapy in bladder cancer.
