摘　　要：目的:探讨超声造影对乳腺黏液腺癌的诊断价值。方法:收集2018年8月—2023年2月在江苏省中医院经病理确诊乳腺黏液腺癌(MBC)的患者13例,并随机选取经病理确诊乳腺浸润导管癌(IDC)患者60例为对照组,记录并分析两组常规超声特征(如形状、边缘、回声类型、有无钙化、后方回声增强、血流等)以及超声造影增强特征,比较两组超声特征差异是否具有统计学意义。结果:与IDC组比较,MBC组多表现回声不均匀、后方回声增强、血流增加0~Ⅰ级(χ^(2)=6.937、15.124、4.635,P<0.05);超声造影增强后多表现向心型强化、多伴灌注缺损及较少出现滋养血管征(χ^(2)=7.885、6.610、6.610,P<0.05)。结论:MBC具有一定的声像特征,术前行超声造影检查可以提高其诊断准确率,为临床治疗及预后提供帮助。Objective To assess the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of mucinous breast carcinoma.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 13 patients with mucinous breast carcinoma(MBC)confirmed by pathology,and 60 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of breast(IDC)confirmed by pathology were randomly selected as control group.Ultrasound features(such as shape,edge,echo type,calcification,rear echo enhancement,blood flow,etc.)and contrast-enhanced features of the two groups were recorded and analyzed,and the ultrasound features of the two groups were compared to see whether there were statistical differences.Results Compared with IDC group,MBC group showed uneven echo,rear echo enhancement and increased blood flow level 0~Ⅰ(χ^(2)=6.937,15.124,4.635,P<0.05);Contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed more cardiotropic enhancement,more perfusion defects and less nourishing vascular signs(χ^(2)=7.885,6.610,6.610,P<0.05).Conclusion MBC has certain ultrasound characteristics.Preoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination can improve the diagnostic accuracy of MBC and provide help for clinical treatment and prognosis.
