剖宫产腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症超声诊断的影像学特征及其对诊断效能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究剖宫产腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症超声诊断的影像学特征及其对诊断效能的影响。方法选取2013年5月—2022年5月本院收治的105例疑似剖宫产腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者,对所有患者均实行超声诊断。分析总结超声诊断影像学特征,并探究诊断效能。结果结果显示,105例患者经超声诊断后,肿块多见于腹部各层中,且形态不一,大小各异,边界模糊,缺乏均匀性。观察超声诊断回声情况,明显性较强,且可能于多个单位以及多个小回声区域呈现低回声。观察肿块内部,无明显血流信号,部分肿块中存在斑点状血流信号,超声检查中,显示血流信号呈现低速且高阻性。经超声回访,可见患者月经发生情况与肿瘤大小有关联性,经期肿块较大。将手术病理学检验结果作为金标准,超声诊断方式较为准确,灵敏度、特异度等指标均较高。结论对疑似剖宫产腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者实行超声诊断,能通过观察患者肿块大小、边界以及回声情况判断患者疾病发生情况,临床诊断效能较高,能将该诊断方式应用于临床诊疗工作中,为后续治疗工作顺利开展奠定基础,值得应用。Objective To explore and analyze imaging features of ultrasound diagnosis of endometriosis with caesarean section abdominal incision and its influence on diagnostic effect.Methods The paper chose 105 patients with suspected endometriosis in caesarean section abdominal incision from May 2013 to May 2022,diagnosed by ultrasound,analyzed and summarized imaging features of ultrasound diagnosis and explored diagnostic effect.Results After ultrasound diagnosis,masses of 105 patients were mostly found in various layers of abdomen,with varying shapes,sizes,blurred boundaries,and lack of uniformity.Echogenicity of ultrasound diagnosis was highly apparent and there might be low echogenicity in multiple units and small echogenic areas.There was no obvious blood flow signal observed inside the mass,some of the masses had speckled blood flow signals.Ultrasound examination showed low speed and high resistance of blood flow signal.Through ultrasound follow-up,it could be seen correlation between occurrence of menstruation and tumor size,with larger mass during menstruation.With gold standard of surgical pathology,ultrasound diagnosis was accurate,with high sensitivity,specificity,and other indicators.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis can diagnose disease occurrence by observing size,boundary and echo of tumor for suspected endometriosis with caesarean section abdominal incision,with high clinical diagnostic effect,which can be applied in clinical diagnosis and treatment,to lay foundation for smooth development of subsequent treatment,and is worthy of application.
