开放手术与关节镜辅助手术治疗膝关节脱位的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较开放手术与关节镜辅助手术治疗膝关节脱位的疗效。方法选取2021年5月-2022年8月在本院接受诊治的58例膝关节脱位患者作为样本来开展本次研究,按单双号分组法将患者分为研究组和常规组,其中单号的29例患者为研究组,组内患者采用关节镜辅助手术治疗,另外双号的29例患者为常规组,组内患者采用开放手术治疗,并对两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生情况、日常生活能力、生活质量、膝关节功能与肢体功能评分以及治疗满意度等指标进行对比分析。结果研究组与常规组相比较,其治疗效果更好(P<0.05);且发生的并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);两组膝关节脱位患者日常生活能力对比,研究组患者的日常生活能力得到显著提升(P<0.05);两组膝关节脱位患者生活质量对比,研究组患者的生活质量明显高于常规组(P<0.05);两组膝关节脱位患者膝关节功能与肢体功能区别对比,研究组患者的膝关节功能与肢体功能得到有效改善(P<0.05);研究组与常规组相比对治疗更加满意(P<0.05)。结论对于膝关节脱位患者来说,应采用关节镜辅助手术治疗,这种治疗方式可以有效改善患者的肢体功能、膝关节功能、生活质量以及日常生活能力,规避并发症发生的概率,使患者对治疗更满意,临床效果更好。Objective To compare effect of open surgery and arthroscopy assisted surgery in treatment of knee dislocation.Methods The paper chose 58 patients with knee dislocation diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2021 to August 2022 as study samples,and divided them into two groups with single and double number distribution method.29 cases in single number group were treated with arthroscopy assisted surgery,and 29 cases in double number group with open surgery.Clinical treatment effect,incidence of complications,daily living ability,life quality,knee and limb function scores,and treatment satisfaction degree were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Treatment effect of study group was better than routine group,(P<0.05).Complications incidence was lower(P<0.05).Daily living ability of study group was significantly better(P<0.05).Life quality of study group was significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).Comparison showed,knee joint function and limb function of study group was effectively better(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree with treatment in study group was higher than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopy assisted surgery can improve limb function,knee joint function,life quality and daily living ability of knee dislocation patients,avoid complications incidence,with higher satisfaction degree with treatment and better clinical effect.
