关于中药香砂六君子汤对胃溃疡的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的研究胃溃疡病患应用中药香砂六君子汤治疗的临床价值。方法选择2020年4月—2021年5月本院收治的67例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,以随机数字法分为甲组(34例)和乙组(33例),乙组应用常规西药疗法,甲组在乙组基础上加用中药香砂六君子汤治疗,对比治疗有效性及胃液量和胃蛋白酶活力状况。结果甲组治疗总有效率优于乙组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前甲乙组胃液量、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平无差异性(P>0.05);治疗后甲组胃液量、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平较乙组更低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡病患在常规西药基础上加用中药香砂六君子汤治疗,疗效更确切,可降低胃蛋白酶活力,加速溃疡愈合,减少病症反复发作风险,值得临床推广。Objective To study clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine Xiangsha sixgentlemen decoction for gastric ulcer patients.Methods The paper chose 67 patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital from April 2020 to May 2021,and divided them into group A(34 cases)and group B(33 cases)randomly.group B was treated with routine western medicine,and group A with Xiangsha sixgentlemen decoction.Curative effect,gastric juice volume and pepsin activity was compared.Results Total effective rate of group A was 97.06%,effective rate of group B was 81.82%,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no difference in gastric juice volume,PGⅠ,PGⅡ levels between group A and group B before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,gastric juice volume,PGⅠ,and PGⅡ levels in group A were lower than group B,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha sixgentlemen decoction can achieve significant effect for gastric ulcer patients on the basis of routine western medicine,can reduce activity of pepsin,accelerate ulcer healing,reduce risks of recurrent attacks,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
