美托洛尔联合卡维地洛治疗老年高血压合并室性心律失常的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压合并室性心律失常患者应用美托洛尔联合卡维地洛治疗的效果。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月本院收治的老年高血压合并室性心律失常患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合卡维地洛治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、血压、心率和室性心律失常水平、血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平和不良反应。结果两组总有效率相比,观察组较之对照组偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血压和室性心律失常水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比于治疗前,两组治疗后的血清hs-CRP水平均有明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将美托洛尔和卡维地洛联合应用于老年高血压合并室性心律失常患者中,能改善其血压水平,同时在改善患者的hs-CRP水平和室性心律失常方面也具有很好的作用,治疗效果显著,安全性高。Objective To investigate effect of metoprolol combined with carvedilol in treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with hypertension and ventricular arrhythmias admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group and observation group were treated with metoprolol and metoprolol combined with carvedilol respectively.Clinical effect,blood pressure,heart rate,ventricular arrhythmia level,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate in observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,blood pressure and ventricular arrhythmia levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,those of observation group were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Serum hs CRP levels in both groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,those of observation group were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions incidence between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with carvedilol can improve blood pressure level,hs CRP level and ventricular arrhythmia of elderly patients with hypertension and ventricular arrhythmia,which has significant treatment effect and high safety.
