中药外敷联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊对女性盆腔炎患者治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药外敷联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊对女性盆腔炎患者治疗效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院接收的86例盆腔炎患者作为本次研究对象,根据抛币法将患者随机分为对照组与研究组,每组43例,对照组采取丹黄祛瘀胶囊治疗,研究组采取中药外敷联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗前后盆腔积液量、疼痛程度、妇科检查评分、女性性功能指数。结果两组接受治疗前盆腔积液量、疼痛程度、妇科检查评分对比(P>0.05);两组接受治疗后,上述指标均出现明显的降低,但研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组接受治疗前性满意度、性交痛、性高潮、阴道湿润、性欲、性唤起等女性性功能指数对比(P>0.05);两组接受治疗后,上述指标评分均出现明显的升高,但研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论女性盆腔炎患者在接受丹黄祛瘀胶囊治疗的同时增加中药外敷治疗,可减少患者盆腔积液量,减轻疼痛程度,提高妇科检查评分,提高患者性功能指数,对临床用药具有指导作用,同时对教学起督导作用,值得推广使用。Objective To explore curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine external application combined with Danhuang dispelling stasis capsules on female patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods The paper chose 86 female patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and study group randomly according to coin throwing method,43 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Danhuang dispelling stasis capsules,while study group with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Danhuang dispelling stasis capsules.Amount of pelvic fluid accumulation,degree of pain,gynecological examination scores,and female sexual function indexwere compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Comparison of pelvic fluid accumulation,pain level,and gynecological examination scores between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant decrease in above indicators,those of study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of female sexual function indexes including sexual satisfaction,sexual intercourse pain,orgasm,vaginal wetness,libido and sexual arousal between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of above indicators showed significant increase in both groups,those of study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhuang dispelling stasis capsules and TCM external application can reduce amount of pelvic fluid accumulation,alleviate pains,improve gynecological examination scores,and sexual function indexof female patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,with guiding role in clinical medication and supervisory role for education,which is worthy of promotion and application.
