互动护理模式在肠造口术后患者康复管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究院内肠造口术后患者康复管理期间,互动护理模式的作用及应用价值。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月本院符合肠造口手术指征患者60例为研究对象,按照遵循抛币法的分组方式分为对照组和研究组,每组30例,其中对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用互动护理模式。对两组患者护理实施后患者自我护理能力、满意度以及并发症发生情况进行统计学对比。结果研究组自我护理能力得到有效改善,与对照组患者相关数据对比均较高(P<0.05);研究组对相关护理操作的满意度均较高,且数据显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互动护理模式实施效果显著,对改善患者自我护理能力具有积极意义,可以提升患者对护理措施的满意度,防止相关并发症的发生,安全性较高,可以被广泛推广。Objective To study effect and application value of interactive nursing mode during rehabilitation management of patients after internal enterostomy.Methods The paper chose 60 patients met indications for enterostomy surgery in the hospital from March 2021 to March 2023,and divided them into two groups according to coin throwing method,with 30 cases in each group,treated with routine nursing and interactive nursing modes sequentially for control group and study group.Selfcare ability,satisfaction degree and incidence of complications after nursing was statistically compared between two groups.Results Self-care ability of study group was effectively improved,relevant data were higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of study group with relevant nursing procedures was relatively higher,significantly better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Interactive nursing mode can achieve significant effect and positive significance in improving self-care ability of patients,can enhance satisfaction degree with nursing measures,reduce incidence of related complications with high safety,which can be widely promoted.
