摘 要:目的探究全面质量管理应用于医院医疗质量与安全管理中的优势。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月本院住院患者100例为研究对象,随机分成参照组和研究组,分别采用常规管理、全面质量管理,对两组患者管理效果进行对比分析。结果研究组风险发生事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率低于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后安全管理评分、医护人员素养评分、服务技能评分、全面质量管理评分均优于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在护理后,生活质量评分明显优于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院管理中实施全面质量管理有效提高服务能力,并提高医护人员综合素养和管理质量,预防风险事件,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore advantages of total quality management in hospital medical quality and safety management.Methods The paper chose 100 hospitalized patients from January 2021 to January 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into reference group and study group randomly,treated with routine management and total quality management respectively,management effect between two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Incidence of risk events and nurse-patient dispute in study group was lower than control group,P<0.05.Safety management scores,medical staff literacy scores,service skill scores,and total quality management scores of study group were better than reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,life quality scores of study group were significantly better than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Total quality management in hospital management can improve service skills,enhance comprehensive literacy of medical staff,improve management quality,prevent risk events and improve life quality effectively.
