摘　　要：目的对比ECLIA(ECLIA)与ELISA(ELISA)用于临床乙肝病毒血清学检验中的价值。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月本院治疗的乙肝患者100例作为研究对象,分别通过ECLIA、ELISA检验进行乙肝病毒血清学检验,记录两种检验方式乙肝五项指标检测结果,对比组间统计学差异。计算两种检验方式检测乙肝五项指标阳性率。结果ECLIA与ELISA检验乙肝五项指标中HbsAb、HbcAb值组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),ECLIA检测乙肝五项指标中HbeAg、HbsAg及HbeAb结果均高于酶联免疫吸附法(P<0.05)。计算结果显示,ECLIA检测乙肝五项指标中HbeAg、HbsAg及HbeAb阳性率明显高于ELISA(P<0.05)。结论临床可通过ECLIA与ELISA方法进行乙肝病毒血清学检验工作,具有较高的准确性,二者相比,ECLIA准确率更高,能提供更准确的数据参考,值得运用推广。Objective To compare value of chemiluminescence assay(ECLIA)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in clinical serological detection of hepatitis B virus.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with hepatitis B in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as research subjects,treated with hepatitis B virus serological tests by chemiluminescence method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Result of five hepatitis B indicators detected by two test methods were recorded.Statistical difference between control groups was compared.Positive rate of five indicators of hepatitis B detected by two test methods was calculated.Results There was no significant difference in HbsAb and HbcAb values of five hepatitis B indexes between chemiluminescence method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)(P>0.05).Levels of HbeAg,HbsAg and HbeAb in five hepatitis B indexes detected by chemiluminescence method were higher than those detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(p<0.05).Calculation showed,positive rate of HbeAg,HbsAg and HbeAb in five indicators of hepatitis B detected by chemiluminescence was significantly higher than ELISA(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemiluminescence method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay can be used in hepatitis B virus serological test in clinical practice,with high accuracy.Chemiluminescence method can achieve higher accuracy and provide more accurate data reference,which is worthy of promotion.
