摘 要:目的分析临床诊断急性阑尾炎疾病采用高频探头联合低频探头超声诊断的效果与应用价值。方法选择2019年1月—2023年1月如皋市第三人民医院收诊治疗的急性阑尾炎疾病患者80例作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,分别接受低频探头超声及高频探头超声诊断,以手术诊疗结果为金标准,记录且计算单一探头超声诊断与联合超声诊断的准确率,对比结果间统计学差异。分析高频、低频探头及联合诊断对急性阑尾炎典型征象的检出情况,归纳总结不同类型急性阑尾炎患者超声影像表现。结果计算结果显示,高频联合低频探头超声诊断的检出率、灵敏度均明显高于单一频率探头诊断(P<0.05),同时联合诊断对典型阑尾炎疾病的征象表现检出率高于单一诊断(P<0.05)。结论临床诊断急性阑尾炎疾病可通过高频探头与低频探头联合方式,相比单一频率探头检查,可有效发挥二者的优势,取长补短,提高灵敏度及准确率,为临床提供更全面、细致的影像支持,值得运用推广。Objective To analyze effect and application value of high-frequency probe combined with low-frequency probe in clinical diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to Rugao City the Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 as study subjects for retrospective analysis,diagnosed by low-frequency probe ultrasound and high-frequency probe ultrasound respectively.With gold standard of surgical diagnosis and treatment results,accuracy of single probe ultrasound diagnosis and combined ultrasound diagnosis was recorded and calculated,statistical difference between results was compared.Detection of typical signs of acute Appendicitis with high-frequency and low-frequency probes and combined diagnosis was analyzed,ultrasonic image manifestations of different types of acute appendicitis patients were summarized.Results Calculation showed detection rate and sensitivity of high-frequency combined low-frequency probe ultrasound diagnosis was significantly higher than single frequency probe(p<0.05),detection rate of combined diagnosis for signs of typical appendicitis disease was higher than single diagnosis(p<0.05).Conclusion Combining high-frequency probe and low-frequency probe can effectively exert more advantages than single frequency probe in linical diagnosis of acute appendicitis,can learn from each other,improve sensitivity and accuracy,and provide more comprehensive and detailed image support for clinical application,which is worthy of application and promotion.
