经皮椎体成形术联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析在骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者中实施经皮椎体成形术联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗的效果。方法抽取2021年3月—2023年3月本院收治的骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者120例作为研究样本,通过双盲法分为试验组与对照组,各60例,对照组患者接受经皮椎体成形术治疗,试验组患者在参照组基础上联合应用抗骨质疏松药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后6个月,评分指标(VAS评分、Barthel指数、ODI评分)、伤椎情况(伤椎后凸角、伤椎前缘高度、伤椎后缘高度、伤椎中线高度)、生活质量评分(角色功能、情感功能、社会功能、躯体质量)、治疗效果。结果治疗前,比较两组患者的评分指标、伤椎情况,显示对比差异无意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,试验组患者的VAS评分、ODI评分、伤椎后凸角均比参照组较低(P<0.05)。分析其他项目指标,显示实验组比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论在骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者中实施经皮椎体成形术联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗的效果显著,能改善患者的伤椎情况与生活质量。Objective To analyze effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with anti osteoporosis drugs in treatment of osteoporosis compressibility fractures.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with osteoporosis compressibility fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 as study samples,and divided them into experimental group and control group by double blind method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,and experimental group with anti osteoporosis drugs on the basis of reference group.Scoring indicators(VAS scores,Barthel index,ODI scores),vertebral injury situation(posterior convex angle,anterior edge height,posterior edge height,midline height),life quality scores(role function,emotional function,social function,and physical quality),and treatment effect between two groups were compared before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results Before treatment,scoring indicators and vertebral injuries between two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).after 6 months of treatment,VAS scores,ODI scores,and vertebral protrusion angle of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Other indicators of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with anti osteoporosis drugs can achieve significant effect in treatment of osteoporotic compressibility fracture patients,can improve the vertebral injury and life quality of patients.
