加味八珍汤治疗肺癌(气血亏虚型)患者癌因性疲乏的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨加味八珍汤在气血亏虚型肺癌患者癌因性疲乏中的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月本院接诊的肺癌(气血亏虚型)患者60例,利用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组患者接受常规西药治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上接受中药加味八珍汤治疗。将两组患者治疗前后疲乏Piper分数和细胞免疫功能进行对比。结果实验组患者疲乏Piper分数在治疗前与对照组之间无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者治疗后各项疲乏Piper分数显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者免疫功能指标在治疗前无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者治疗后免疫功能指标显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味八珍汤可以改善气血亏虚型肺癌患者的癌因性疲乏情况,提高患者免疫功能,治疗手段值得推广。Objective To explore effect of flavored eight delicacies decoction on cancerrelated fatigue in lung cancer patients with deficiency of qi and blood.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with lung cancer(Qi and blood deficiency type)admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 and divided them into control group of 30 cases and experimental group of 30 cases with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,while experimental group with traditional Chinese medicine flavored eight delicacies decoction.Fatigue Piper scores and cellular immune function were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in fatigue Piper scores between experimental group and control group before treatment(P>0.05).after treatment,Piper scores of fatigue in experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in immune function indicators between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Immune function indicators of experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Flavored eight delicacies decoction can improve cancer-related fatigue of lung cancer patients with Qi and blood deficiency,improve immune function,which is worthy of promotion.
