改良Kugel修补术与Lichtenstein修补术治疗腹股沟疝的研究分析

摘　　要：目的 对改良Kugel修补术与Lichtenstein修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果进行对比分析。方法 选取2022年1-12月邳州市人民医院普外科收治的96例腹股沟疝患者,随机分为观察组、对照组,每组48例,分别给予改良Kugel修补术和Lichtenstein修补术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的手术用时、术中出血量、术后首次下床时间均较对照组显著更低(P<0.05)。两组术后1d和术后120d的VAS评分差异不显著(P>0.05),观察组术后30d和术后60d的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 和Lichtenstein修补术相比,改良Kugel修补术对腹股沟疝患者手术指标的改善效果较好,痛感改善效果更明显,并发症少,复发率低,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To compare and analyze effect of modified Kugel repair and Lichtenstein repair in treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods The paper chose 96 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to general surgery department of PiZHOU City People's Hospital from January to December 2022,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 48 cases in each group,treated with modified Kugel repair and Lichtenstein repair.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results Observation group had significantly shorter surgical time,less intraoperative bleeding,and first postoperative bedtime than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between two groups on the 1st and 120th postoperative days(P>0.05),while VAS scores of observation group on the 30th and 60th postoperative days were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Kugel repair can achieve better surgical indicators,more significant pain relief,fewer complications,lower recurrence rate,and more significant curative effect than Lichtenstein repair for patients with inguinal hernia,which is worthy of promotion.
