锁定加压钢板固定手术治疗四肢骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察锁定加压钢板固定手术治疗四肢骨的效果。方法 本文选取2021年1月—2022年12月收治的60例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,经随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取常规钢板固定手术治疗,观察组采取锁定加压钢板固定手术治疗。结果 观察组骨折恢复效果高于对照组,手术时间以及愈合时间明显偏短,且出血量更少,少见并发症,生活质量高于对照组,治疗满意度、舒适度以及依从性高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS积分与关节功能评估结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.065/0.354);治疗后,对照组的VAS积分和关节功能评估结果明显比观察组差(P<0.05)。结论 在四肢骨折患者中,为患者提供锁定加压钢板固定手术治疗,能够有效促进患者骨折恢复,并且能够缩短临床手术时间和住院时间,减小出血风险,固定稳定,骨膜血供破坏少,并能有效降低并发症发生率,改善患者关节功能,提高患者生活质量,提升患者治疗满意度和依从性。Objective To summarize actual curative effect of locking compression plate fixation surgical treatment plan for patients with limb fractures.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with limb fractures from January 2021 to December 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly:control group was treated with routine steel plate fixation surgery,and observation group with locking compression steel plate fixation surgery.Results Fracture recovery effect of observation group was higher than control group,with significantly shorter surgery and healing time,less bleeding,rare complications,higher life quality,higher treatment satisfaction degree,comfort,and compliance than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores and joint function evaluation results before treatment(P=0.065/0.354).After treatment,corresponding VAS and joint function evaluation results of control group were significantly worse than observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Locking compression steel plate fixation surgery can effectively promote fracture recovery,shorten clinical surgery time,eliminate bleeding risk,stabilize fixation,reduce periosteal blood supply damage,and enable early discharge,reduce incidence of complications during hospitalization,improve joint function and pains,optimize comfort of patients with limb fractures,which plays role in improving satisfaction degree and compliance of patients.
