摘 要:目的 探讨血站血液采集前采用干化学法对丙氨酸氨基转移酶进行快速检测的临床价值。方法选取2022年6—12月于本血站进行无偿献血的104例献血者作为研究对象,其血标本均采用速率法与干化学法检测,将采用速率法进行丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)快速检测的血标本设为对照组,采用化学法进行ALT快速检测的血标本设为研究组,比较两组ALT水平、血液报废情况,计算速率法、干化学法的ALT快速检测结果一致性Kappa值。结果 研究组与对照组的ALT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组因ALT不合格的血液样本报废率低于对照组(P<0.05)。经Kappa一致性检验分析得到,速率法、干化学法的ALT快速检测结果一致性Kappa值为0.61,两种检测方法的一致性处于中等水平。结论 在血站对献血者进行血液采集前,采用干化学法进行ALT快速检测,能够在一定程度上减少因献血后ALT检测不合格而造成的血液报废,可以避免血液资源浪费。Objective To explore application value of dry chemistry method for rapid detection of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)before blood collection at blood stations.Methods The paper chose 104 blood donors with voluntary blood donation at our blood station from June 2022 to December 2022 as research subjects,tested blood samples with both rate and dry chemistry methods.Blood samples in control group were tested with rate method for rapid ALT detection,and research group with chemical method for rapid ALT detection.ALT levels and blood scrap status between two groups were compared,consistency Kappa value of ALT rapid detection results with dry chemistry method and rate method was calculated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in ALT levels between study group and control group(P>0.05).Scrap rate of blood samples with failed ALT in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).According to the Kappa consistency test analysis,consistency of rapid detection results of ALT with rate method and dry chemistry method was 0.61,indicating consistency of two detection methods was at a moderate level.Conclusion Before collecting blood from blood donors at blood station,dry chemistry method for rapid ALT detection can reduce waste of blood caused by unqualified ALT detection after blood donation to some extent,and can avoid waste of blood resources.
