希舒美干混悬剂和阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察希舒美干混悬剂和阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法 选择本院2022年1—12月收治的60例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组应用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,观察组应用希舒美干混悬剂治疗。对比两组症状/体征消失时间和治疗前后的动脉血气指标、免疫和炎症因子水平以及治疗效果、不良反应。结果 治疗后,两组症状/体征消失时间两组症状/体征消失时间(P>0.05);治疗前与治疗后,组间对比,两组动脉血气指标、免疫和炎症因子水平以及治疗总有效率水平都无明显差异性(P>0.05);治疗后,两组动脉血气指标、免疫和炎症因子水平和治疗前对比,明显改善(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿支原体肺炎临床治疗中,希舒美干混悬剂和阿奇霉素序贯疗法的疗效不相上下,但希舒美干混悬剂的不良反应要更少。Objective To observe clinical effect of Zithromax dry suspension and azithromycin sequential therapy in treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy,while observation group with Zithromax dry suspension.Disappearance time of symptoms/signs,arterial blood gas indicators,immune and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,treatment effect and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in disappearance time of symptoms/signs,arterial blood gas indicators,immune and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,total effective rate of treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Arterial blood gas indicators,immune and inflammatory factor levels after treatment were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05),incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zithromax dry suspension and azithromycin sequential therapy can achieve similar effect in clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae of children,but Zithromax dry suspension has fewer adverse reactions.
