摘 要:目的 研究IFI16与口腔“红色复合体”在类风湿关节炎中的关系。方法 选择2019年1月—2020年12月于齐齐哈尔市第一医院风湿免疫科就诊的类风湿关节炎(RA)患者30例(RA组)为观察组,并选择同期在本院风湿科就诊的健康志愿者30例(非RA组)为对照组。收集两组患者口腔唾液样本,应用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA)检测两组患者口腔唾液样本中IFI16蛋白含量,并进行统计学分析。结果 观察组患者口腔唾液样本中IFI16基因编码蛋白的表达水平要明显高于对照组,并且IFI16基因编码蛋白在RA患者血清中的水平也要高于对照组。结论 在一些自身免疫性疾病中,IFI16可以发挥一定的免疫抑制作用。当机体处于某些慢性炎症状态时,机体中的某些细胞因子也可能发生改变,进而影响机体的炎症反应。Objective To study relationship between IFI16 and oral"red complex"in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The paper chose 30 RA patients(RA group)in Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Qiqihar City the First Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as observation group,and 30 healthy volunteers(non RA group)in Rheumatology Department of our hospital during the same period as control group.Oral saliva samples from RA patients and normal controls were collected,content of IFI16 protein in oral saliva samples of both groups was detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for statistical analysis.Results Expression level of IFI16 gene encoded protein in oral saliva samples of RA patients was significantly higher than normal control group,level of IFI16 gene encoded protein in serum of RA patients was higher than normal control group,which indicated expression level of IFI16 gene encoded protein in oral saliva samples of RA patients was significantly higher than normal control group,level of IFI16 gene encoded protein in serum of RA patients was higher than normal control group.Conclusion IFI16 can play some certain immunosuppressive role in some autoimmune diseases.When the body is at certain chronic inflammatory states,certain cytokines in the body may change,thereby affect inflammatory response of the body.
