运动训练法联合醒脑开窍针法治疗顽固性胸背痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析运动训练法(CME)联合醒脑开窍针法治疗顽固性胸背痛的效果。方法 选取2022年6月—2023年3月本院收治的80例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用CME联合醒脑开窍针法治疗,对照组采用常规治疗法治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的胸背疼痛程度、生活质量、治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果 观察组治疗后胸背疼痛的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后生活质量的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CME联合醒脑开窍针法治疗顽固性胸背痛具有显著的治疗效果和安全性,可望成为临床常用的治疗方法之一。Objective To analyze the effect of exercise training(CME)combined with Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture on intractable chest and back pain.Methods 80 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with CME combined with Xingnaojiaoqiao acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional therapy.The degree of chest and back pain,quality of life,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The improvement degree of chest and back pain in the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of quality of life in the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.0%in the observation group and 72.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were 7.5%in the observation group and 25.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CME combined with Xingnaojiaqiao acupuncture has significant efficacy and safety in the treatment of intractable chest and back pain,and is expected to become one of the commonly used clinical treatment methods.
