观察血府逐瘀汤加味治疗急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后气滞血瘀型心衰患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 分析急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后气滞血瘀型心衰患者服用血府逐瘀汤加味治疗的效果及其对心功能的影响。方法 纳取本院2020年1月—2023年1月收治的100例急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后气滞血瘀型心衰患者作为研究对象。回顾分析其临床资料,按照治疗方式的不同将其划分为西医治疗组(进行利尿、吸氧等西医常规对症支持治疗,50例)和联合治疗组(采取尿、吸氧等西医常规对症支持治疗与血府逐瘀汤加味治疗相结合的方式,50例);对治疗2周后两组患者的心功能情况、各项指标水平以及临床疗效进行综合对比和评价。结果 与治疗前相比,两组患者心功能分级均有明显的升高(P<0.05);治疗后,与西医治疗组相比,联合治疗组患者的心功能分级明显较优(P<0.05),组间数据比较,差异显著,有统计学意义。治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,并且联合治疗组低于西医治疗组,统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心功能指标优于治疗前,并且联合治疗组心功能指标优于西医治疗组,组间数据比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组临床治疗总有效率比较,联合治疗组明显高于西医治疗组(90.00%>70.00%),组间数据比较有显著的统计学差异存在(P<0.05)。结论 气滞血瘀证心衰患者使用血府逐瘀汤治疗能够有效改善临床症状,促进心功能恢复,与常规西医治疗相结合能够有效提高临床治疗总有效率,应用效果显著,推广价值高。Objective To analyze the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and its influence on cardiac function in patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type heart failure after percutaneous coronary interventional therapy for acute myocardial infarction.Methods 100 patients with heart failure of qi stagnation and blood stasis after percutaneous coronary intervention of acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.Clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into Western medicine treatment group(50 cases)and combined treatment group(50 cases)according to different treatment methods(50 cases).After 2 weeks of treatment,the cardiac function,the level of various indexes and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were comprehensively compared and evaluated.Results Compared with before treatment,the cardiac function grades in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the western medicine treatment group,the cardiac function classification of the patients in the combined treatment group was significantly better(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups was significant,with statistical significance.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined treatment group was lower than the western treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of cardiac function in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the indexes of cardiac function in the combined treatment group were better than those in the western treatment group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the western treatment group(90.00%>70.00%),and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can effectively improve clin
