系统护理干预对慢性粒细胞白血病患者生活、睡眠质量及情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探究对慢性粒细胞白血病患者实施系统护理干预的效果及影响。方法选择2021年6月至2022年6月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的70例慢性粒细胞白血病患者,应用随机数字表的分组方法,分成对照组与观察组两个组别,分别有35例,前者实施常规护理,后者实施系统护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果经过护理后,观察组各项健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、各项睡眠质量(PSQI)评分、焦虑量表(SAS)评分、抑郁量表(SDS)评分及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论实施系统护理干预,能够在一定程度上改善慢性粒细胞白血病患者睡眠质量,舒缓患者的负面情绪,赢得更高的护理满意度评价,提高患者整体生活质量。同时,系统护理干预可推动护理人员提升自身的护理技能,从各个方面予以患者系统、全面、细致的护理服务,促进和谐护患关系的建立,临床应用价值较高。Objective Explore the effect and influence of systematic nursing intervention in patients with CML.Methods 70 cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected.The grouping method of random number table was divided into two groups,control group and observation group,with 35 cases respectively.The former implemented routine nursing,while the latter implemented systematic nursing intervention to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results After nursing,the health survey(SF-36),sleep quality(PSQI),anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS)and nursing satisfaction of the observation were better than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of systematic nursing intervention can improve the sleep quality of chronic leukemia patients,relieve the negative emotions of patients,win higher evaluation of nursing satisfaction,and improve the overall quality of life of patients.At the same time,systematic nursing intervention can promote nursing staff to improve their nursing skills,give patients systematic,comprehensive and meticulous nursing services from all aspects,and promote the establishment of harmonious nurse-patient relationship,with high clinical application value.
