摘　　要：野漆树苷(rhoifolin)又名芹菜素-7-O-β新橙皮糖苷,是以芹菜素(apigenin)为母核的黄酮苷类化合物,它存在于多种来自芸香科柑橘属的植物或中药材中,还存在于多种药用植物,以及大麦、小麦、大豆等一些可食用植物中。目前已有研究报道野漆树苷具有抗氧化、保肝、抗炎、降血压、壮骨、神经保护、降糖、抗癌和抗病毒等多种生物活性。但相比于其苷元芹菜素,以及其他黄酮类化物,如柚皮苷(naringin)、橙皮苷(hesperidin)等,野漆树苷的相关研究文献要少得多。使用电子数据库(如PubMed、学术期刊和Springer Link)进行文献检索,对野漆树苷的生物学活性进行了综述。Rhoifolin also known as Apigenin 7-O-β-neohesperidoside,from some traditional Chinese medicine,has been also found in several herbs and dietary sources,such as wheat,barley and soybean.Preclinical studies have shown that rhoifolin possesses a variety of significant biological activities including antioxidant,hepatoprotective,anti-inflammatory,antihypertension,bone strengthening,neuroprotective,antidiabetic,anticancer and antiviral effects.However,compared with its aglycone apigenin and other flavonoids,such as naringin and hesperidin,the relevant research literature of rhoifolin is much less.Literature search was conducted using electronic databases(e.g.PubMed,Academic Journals and Springer Link)about rhoifolin and bioacitive properties of rhoifolin were reviewed.
