摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预对慢性鼻窦炎手术患者术后健康行为和自我效能的影响。方法参与研究的80例慢性鼻窦炎手术患者均由本院于2018年11月至2022年11月收治入院,采用随机数字表法分组,分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例);对照组实施常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施认知行为干预,比较两组干预效果。结果干预后,观察组健康行为(HPLP-Ⅱ分值)、自我效能(GSES)以及满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预对慢性鼻窦炎手术患者的应用效果十分显著,具有很高的优势,有效引导患者保持健康行为,提高自我效能。Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavior intervention on postoperative health behavior and self-efficacy in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent surgery in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)by random number table method.;The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,compared to the control group,the observation group showed significantly higher levels of health behavior(HPLP-Ⅱscore),self-efficacy(GSES),and satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral intervention has a significant effect on the application of chronic sinusitis surgery patients,with high advantages.It effectively guides patients to maintain healthy behavior and improve self-efficacy.
