促进自然分娩中应用助产士心理护理的效果及对孕产妇心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的促进自然分娩中应用助产士心理护理的效果及对孕产妇心理状态的影响。方法于本院妇产科2022年1月至2022年12月接收的孕产妇中选取120例作为研究对象,并随机分为研究组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组给予常规助产护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予助产士心理护理,比较护理效果。结果研究组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组第一产程时间、分娩时间、产后2 h出血量低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组妊娠结局优于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产士心理护理可缓解孕产妇负性情绪,改善围生期指标、妊娠结局,保证孕产妇满意度。Objective To promote the effect of midwife psychological care in Natural childbirth and its influence on the psychological status of pregnant and lying in women.Methods A total of 120 pregnant and postpartum women admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine midwifery care,the study group provided psychological care to midwives on the basis of the control group,and compared the nursing effects.Results Showed that the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The first stage of labor,delivery time,and 2-hour postpartum bleeding in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The pregnancy outcome of the study group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Midwife psychological care can alleviate negative emotions in pregnant women,improve perinatal indicators,pregnancy outcomes,and ensure maternal satisfaction.
