分析女性妊娠过程中合并糖尿病时给予孕期保健护理的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨女性妊娠过程中并发糖尿病时给予孕期保健护理的临床效果。方法本次研究选择福清市第四医院妇产科妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,符合研究要求共80例;研究时间:2021年3月至2023年3月;将80例研究对象采用计算机随机数字表法分组,分为观察组、对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予孕期保健护理,比较两组干预效果。结果与对照组相比,干预后,观察组妊娠糖尿病患者负面情绪改善更佳,负面情绪评分更低(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制更佳(P<0.05);干预后,观察组自然分娩率更高(P<0.05);干预后观察组会阴损伤率(10.00%vs.32.50%)、产后出血生率(0 vs.10.00%)以及巨大儿率(2.50%vs.15.00%)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕期保健护理对妊娠糖尿病患者的应用效果十分显著,可在未来临床中加以运用和推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of health care during pregnancy in women with diabetes.Methods In this study,80 pregnant women with diabetes in obstetrics and gynecology department of Fuqing Fourth Hospital were selected as the research objects;Research period:March 2021 to March 2023;80 study subjects were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using computer numerical randomization method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received pregnancy health care on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the observation group had better improvement in negative emotion and lower negative emotion score in pregnant diabetes patients(P<0.05);After intervention,the blood glucose control of pregnant diabetes patients in the observation group was better(P<0.05);After intervention,the observation group had a higher natural childbirth rate(P<0.05);After intervention,the perineal injury rate(10.00%vs.32.50%),postpartum hemorrhage rate(0 vs.10.00%),and macrosomia rate(2.50%vs.15.00%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of health care during pregnancy on pregnant women with diabetes is very significant,which can be applied and popularized in future clinical practice.
