摘  要:2018年教育部提出了构建“新医科”教育体系,其中“医文融合”不仅为高等医学教育提出了新要求,也为医学生人文素质教育提供了新思路。近年来,我国高等医学人文教育呈现出重科学轻人文、多讲授少实操、有形式无实效的弊端,人文素质教育在医学生培养中逐渐边缘化、形式化,这不利于我国高等医学教育的可持续发展。在医文融合的思路下,要充分利用医学与文学、哲学、史学的微妙关系,加强医学与人文学科的交叉,通过打开医学生人文素质教育的新格局,构建医学生人文素质教育的新体系,同时要完善医学生人文素质的考核机制等,促进医学生人文素质教育的开展,进而开拓高等医学人文素质教育的新思路。In 2018,the Ministry of Education proposed the construction of a“new medical”education system,in which“medicine-humanity integration”not only puts forward new requirements for higher medical education,but also provides new ideas for humanistic quality education of medical students.In recent years,higher medical humanities education in China has shown the drawbacks of emphasizing science over humanities,teaching more and practicing less,and having forms but no effectiveness.Humanities quality education has gradually become marginalized and formalized in the cultivation of medical students,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of higher medical education in China.Under the concept of medicine-humanity integration,it is necessary to fully utilize the subtle relationship between medicine and humanity,philosophy,and history,strengthen the intersection of medicine and humanity,open up a new pattern of humanistic quality education for medical students to construct a new system of humanistic quality education for medical students,and meanwhile improve the assessment mechanism for humanistic quality of medical students.This will promote the development of humanistic quality education for medical students and explore new ideas for higher medical humanistic quality education.
