新发展格局下数智赋能档案资源开发利用的实践方向探析

摘　　要：在推进国家各项事业高质量发展和加快构建新发展格局的总体战略背景下,我国档案事业亟待借助数智技术提升档案资源开发利用水平,充分发挥档案事业在国家各项事业发展中的基础性支撑作用。论文从工作重心、工作逻辑、工作模式、工作效能四个方面阐述了新发展格局下数智赋能档案资源开发利用的主要特征,基于此,结合数智赋能档案工作实际,提出“走向智慧化的信息服务和走向社会化的档案文化数字化服务”两大实践方向,以推进新发展格局下数智赋能档案资源的高质量开发利用。Under the overall strategic background of promoting high-quality development of various na⁃tional undertakings and accelerating the construction of the new development paradigm,China's archival in⁃dustry urgently needs to use digital intelligence tech⁃nology to enhance the development and utilization of archives resources,and give full play to the basic sup⁃porting role of archival industry in the development of various national undertakings.This paper expounds the main characteristics of the empowerment of digi⁃tal intelligence for the development and utilization of ar⁃chives resources from four aspects of work focus,work logic,work mode and work efficiency under the background of the new development paradigm.Based on the practice of digital intelligence empowering archi⁃val work,the paper further puts forward two directions which are intelligent information service and socialized digital service of archival culture so as to promote the high-quality development and utilization of archives re⁃sources propelled by digital intelligence under the back⁃ground of the new development paradigm.
