摘　　要：医院环境空间密闭且人流量大,呼吸道致病微生物传播防控难度较大。本文介绍了医院呼吸道致病微生物的传播特征及其影响因素,从隔离、环境净化和个体防护3个方面分析医院呼吸道传染病防控策略。Since hospitals are enclosed spaces with a large number of visits,it is difficult to prevent and control the transmission of respiratory pathogenic microorganisms.This paper presents the transmission characteristics of respiratory pathogenic microorganisms in hospitals and their related influencing factors,and discusses the prevention and control strategies for respiratory infectious diseases in hospitals from the perspectives of isolation,environmental purification,and individual protection.
