摘 要:目的利用吹扫捕集—气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法测定生活饮用水中2-甲基异莰醇和土臭素的分析方法。方法取5 mL水样,以高纯氮气会载气在40 mL/min流速下吹扫11 min后,热解吸进入GC-MS/MS进行分析,以2-异丁基-3-甲氧基吡嗪为内标进行定量。结果在优化的实验条件下,2-甲基异莰醇和土臭素在5.0~100 ng/L浓度范围内线性较好,相关线性系数(R^(2))分别为0.9996和0.9998,方法检出限分别为0.13 ng/L和0.06 ng/L,水样加标回收率在92.3%~104.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.89%~4.07%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于测定饮用水中2-甲基异莰醇和土臭素。Objective To develope a purge and trap-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)method for determination of 2-methylisoborneol and geosmin in drinking water.Methods After 5 mL water sample was purged with high purity nitrogen carrier gas at a flow rate of 40 mL/min for 11 min,the residue is thermally desorbed and analyzed by GC-MS/MS.The 2-isobutyl-3-methoxypyrazine was used as the internal standard for quantification Result Under the optimized experimental conditions,the linearity of 2-methylisobornol and geosmin in the concentration range of 5.0 ng/L~100 ng/L was good,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996 and 0.9998,respectively.The limits of detection(LODs,S/N=3)were 0.13 ng/L for 2-methylisoborneol and 0.06 ng/L for geosmin.The recoveries ranged from 92.3%to 104.5%,and the relative standard deviations ranged 1.89%to 4.07%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and sensitive.It can be applied for the determination of 2-methylisobcamol and geosmin in drinking water.
